📅 Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning?

Fill out our quick quote form on the Contact page or call us at (512) 779-6816. We'll get back to you within 60 seconds to confirm your booking and answer any questions.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for standard cleans. For deep cleans, move-in/out, or post-construction jobs, 2–3 days is ideal. We do our best to accommodate same-day requests when available.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — you can reschedule or cancel anytime with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a small fee. We're flexible and will always work with you.

What times are available?

We offer morning, afternoon, and weekend slots. Our cleaners are available Monday through Saturday, typically between 8 AM and 6 PM. We'll confirm exact availability when you book.

Do you offer recurring appointments?

Absolutely — and you save more when you book regularly. Weekly cleans get 20% off, biweekly get 15% off, and monthly get 10% off. Recurring clients also get priority scheduling and a dedicated cleaner when possible.

Do I need to be home?

No — most clients provide access instructions (key code, lockbox, etc.) and we lock up securely when done. All cleaners are background-checked and bonded so you can feel completely confident.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the service type, property size, and frequency. A standard residential clean typically starts around $120–$155. Deep cleans and specialty services are priced higher. Use the quote form for an exact estimate.

Is there a first-time discount?

Yes! New customers get 15% off their first clean with code FRESHSTART. No minimum booking required — just mention it when you contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Payment is collected after the service is complete and you're satisfied.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. The price we quote is the price you pay. If there's anything that might add to the cost (like an exceptionally large space or heavily soiled area), we'll always communicate that upfront before starting.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes — refer a friend and you both get $30. When they book their first clean, they save $30 and you receive $30 credit toward your next booking. There's no limit on referrals.

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Every single one, before their very first job. We conduct thorough background checks on all FreshSpace cleaners and hold them to strict quality and conduct standards. Your safety is non-negotiable.

Is FreshSpace insured and bonded?

Yes — FreshSpace is fully insured and bonded. In the rare event that something is damaged or goes wrong, you are completely protected. We take full responsibility for our team's work.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

We re-clean for free within 24 hours, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our guarantee. Just reach out and we'll send someone back to make it right immediately.

Is it safe to have a cleaner in my home?

Absolutely. Every cleaner is background-checked, trained, and held to a strict code of conduct. We treat your home with the same care we'd want for our own. Most clients become recurring customers and build a great relationship with their cleaner.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — all cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to provide anything. Just let us know if you have any preferences or restrictions.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

We offer non-toxic, eco-friendly, and pet-safe product options on every booking — just request it when you book. These are safe for children, pets, and people with allergies or sensitivities.

Can I request specific products?

Yes — if you have specific products you'd like us to use (or avoid), just let us know in your booking notes. We're happy to use your preferred products or work around any allergies or sensitivities.

Is it safe for my pets?

Yes. Our standard products are pet-safe, and we can also use our full eco-friendly line at your request. We love animals and will treat your pets with care during the visit.
